Employee Timesheets

The Southern University System has mandated that all employees now process their timesheets via the web.  All employees will be responsible for entering their time through Webtime Entry.  Beginning January 1, 2013, paper timesheets will no longer be available.

If you have not done so, please complete the online training available online at http://www.subr.edu/index.cfm/page/1200/n/911. This site contains the WTE training manual and WTE Training Certification Form. Please download the manual for ease of use during the training course. The WTE Training Certification Form must be completed and submitted to the appropriate HR Office upon completion of the training course.

Four (4) courses are available; please read the descriptions and complete all courses that are applicable to you.
