Dr. Tate‘s area of expertise and research interests are in Spanish Education. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Dillard University in the area of Foreign Languages. Dr. Tate received the master degree from La Universidad Nacional Autonomo De Mexico in Mexico City, in the field of Spanish Education. He continued to earn his doctoral degree from Columbia Pacific University in California in the area of Spanish Education. He has taught Spanish on elementary, secondary, and College levels over 25 years. Dr. Tate has also served the U.S. Air Force for thirteen years in the rank of a colonel. He has traveled around the world several times as case officer with the National Security Agency and U.S. State Department.
