Professor Russell holds his MSW degree from Southern University at New Orleans. He has 18 years experience working with under served and special needs populations. Professor Russell has worked as administrator for MR/DD residential facilities, as Therapeutic Director for foster care and OYD juvenile programs, Care Management Supervisor for a HUD Hope VI revitalization program, and has worked with substance abuse, mental Illness, HIV/AIDS, and home health agencies.
