Professor. Blanchard received his MSW from Southern University at New Orleans.  He was Program Coordinator for Kingsley House Adult Services which included the Adult Day Health Care Program and Senior Center.  For seven (7) years prior to the position at Kingsley House he served as relocation supervisor with the City of New Orleans assisting displaced citizens.
